Lecithin is a rich source of Choline and Inositol. Choline and Inositol are lipotropins, which help burn excessive fat and contribute to homocysteine and lipid metabolism. Choline is a precursor to the neurotransmitter, acetylcholine, which plays a role in brain and muscle function.
