Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging with all HealthAid tags still attached to ensure a smooth inspection process.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
